To initiate, set up and manage Indian operations for the company. The products are in the FMCG domain and the company is well established all across Europe. It’s the first foray of the company in the Indian Sub-Continent and involves setting up a large Retail Chain of stores, managing supply chains to meet enhanced customer experience and expectations.

Practice Group: Industrial – Manufacturing
To manage complete operations and profitability of a group of integrated Manufacturing Companies active in the metal products domain. The company employs a large work-force of multiple nationalities and is a major player in the markets of West Africa. One of the key challenges is to upgrade the technology and processes.

Position: Global Head of Procurement
Client: American Pharmaceutical Company in Asia
Practice Group: Pharmaceutical – Healthcare
The company has large manufacturing operations in India and other parts of Asia and is further expanding its’ footprint through organic and inorganic routes. The role is to establish new global sources of raw materials and equipment and establish the function as an independent profit centre that would manage similar requirements of all plants in Asia, Africa and parts of Europe.
